Qualification:

Responsibilities:
- Drive Demand planning process through sales forecasting Tool and ensure timely generation of sales forecast
- Facilitate the sales forecasting process by ensuring inputs from sales, channel and operations team
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to arrive at a consensus demand plan for general as well as modern trade
- Feed in relevant promotion related details into the TOOL and ensure all local level causal factors are in the demand planning tool.
- Use statistical tools to generate data on variation in demands vs various inputs like schemes, promos, NPD etc
- Feed in demand plan with relevant assumptions to Supply Planning team.
- Monitor actual sales, orders & log events on weekly basis. Identify exceptions to the Demand & feedback the changes to the Supply Planning. Ensure faster response to the changes in market demand.
- Monitor & work towards improvement in Weekly forecast accuracy for cluster
- Help business in the supply Planning Process by providing inputs on a short and medium-term forecast
- Collaborate with Supply planning team in converting unconstraint forecast into constraint forecast.
- Collaborate with a local channel and Key accounts team to get a forecast for Modern Trade
- Provide continuous feedback to sales team on sales vs forecast and demand signal to ensure dynamic changes in the demand plan
- Actively contribute to the rollout of Demand Operation & Inventory Planning Tool Implementation
- Drive Sales and Operation Execution ( S&OE) at the zonal level
- Execution of overall planning strategy
