About HTET Exam
HTET is the Haryana Teacher’s Eligibility Test (HTET) which is a qualifying exam to become a government school teacher in the state of Haryana. Like CTET is required to pass to become eligible for the Centre Govt Teaching Exams, HTET is applicable for the Haryana State Only. HTET Exam is conducted in three levels i.e.
- Primary Teacher (Class 1-V): Level-I Exam
- Trained Graduate Teacher (Class VI-X): Level-II Exam
- Post Graduate Teacher (Class XI-XII): Level- III Exam

What are the HTET Qualifying Marks?
The qualifying mark for the HTET is 82 Marks (Out of 150) for the SC, and ST Category Candidates. The qualifying marks for all others are 90 Marks (Out of 150).
What is the Validity of the HTET Certificate?
HTET Certificate is valid for a lifetime. Earlier the HTET was valid for 7 years, but on 6 August 2024, the Government of Haryana made the HTET Certificate valid for a lifetime.
