Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution.
- Computer Course: Possess at least a 120-hour course with hands-on experience in the use of personal computer/IT from a Government-recognized or ISO 9001 certified institution OR possess an ‘O’ level certificate from DOEACC, Government of India.
- Typing Test: Must qualify a test in English and Punjabi typewriting on a computer conducted by the Board (speed of 30 words per minute).
- Punjabi Language: Must have passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects, or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi, as per Punjab Civil Services Rules.

PSSSB Senior Assistant Selection Process 2026
- Written Objective Test (MCQs): A merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written exam. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
