Qualification:
- Applicants who have completed Degree in automation and controls systems engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Boeing 2018
Responsibilities:
- Documenting results of R&D and business support projects.
- Providing inputs for periodic updates and reviews in the form of progress reports and project summaries.
- Test components and integrated solutions to ensure system reliability and flawless launch.
- Work with talented technologists and high-performance assembly and automation teams responsible for developing hardware and software standards.
- Provide technical direction to and oversight of outside vendor sources in conjunction with the standardization team.
- Incorporate lessons learned into enterprise standards and designs.
- Devise and implement cost savings initiatives.
- Support development of technology application solutions.
- Work with a cross-functional global team to define and drive controls standardization across the enterprise.
- The position will require occasional travel within India and internationally
Skills:
- Be a self-starter who is not afraid to proactively seek information and direction to successfully complete the statement of work.
- Demonstrate strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and familiar with MS Office tools.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude and highest ethics
- Be able to think proactively and work collaboratively with very strong teaming skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours to interface with Boeing personnel around the world.
- High level of analytical skill with proven ability to solve technical problems, with demonstrated professional performance in a related area(s).
- Demonstrates an excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and stakeholders to solve problems and resolve issues.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage teams of people/projects and assignments with the highest level of autonomy and accountability for results
- Demonstrates initiative by reaching beyond work assigned to improve output and/or help others
- Proven ability in project management skills and ability to teach others
- Ability to travel domestically and globally
